Annual Security Report
All students, employees or anyone else interested on receiving a paper copy of this Annual Security Report may contact our Administration at sch-studentservices@cosmetologyandspaacademy.com . There is no fee charged for this report. This report is kept in the each location Manager Office. The Academy will update this report annually based on the information received from the policies stations in Crystal Lake or Schaumburg Village.
